Dave Nikityn teaches Writing 2 and Writing for Environmental Professions (107EP). He holds a PhD in English and Creative Writing from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MFA from the University of Houston. His research interests include animal studies, environmentalism and ecocriticism, posthumanism, game studies, ethics and morality, as well as early American literature. His fiction has been published in Mississippi Review, Atticus Review, and Chicago Quarterly Review, and his scholarship is forthcoming with the James Fenimore Cooper Society.
